Photo Finale allows you to fix a grainy photo with the Remove Dust and Scratches effect.  To use this feature, select Effects from the Photo menu and then select Remove Dust and Scratches.

 

If you don’t like the way that your photo looks with the Remove Dust and Scratches effect, select Undo Remove Dust and Scratches from the Edit menu.
